When picking up tickets at The National Ballet of Canada Box Office (located at the Four Seasons Centre, 145 Queen Street West, Toronto), you will be required to provide photo ID and the credit card of purchase to receive your tickets. It is recommended that you arrive a minimum of one hour prior to the performance when picking up tickets at the The National Ballet of Canada Box Office.

All sales are final. There are no refunds. Exchanges are permitted on subscription tickets only. We are not responsible for delays due to weather. In cases of emergency or road closures please call Audience and Donor Services at 416 345 9595 or, toll-free, 1 866 345 9595.

There is no service charge applied for in person sales at The National Ballet of Canada Box Office located at the Four Seasons Centre, 145 Queen Street West, Toronto. Ticket price includes $2.00 Creative Capital Fund, GST and a $2.50 surcharge to the Four Seasons Centre. Phone and online orders are subject to an additional $8.00 service charge per ticket.

The Four Seasons Centre for the Performing Arts is equipped with wheelchair accessible seating on all levels except Ring 5. All accessible seats must be booked a minimum of 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability.

Latecomers copy to read: In the interest of all patrons and performers, those who leave the auditorium during a performance and late returnees at intermission will only be seated when there is a suitable break in the performance.

A child is considered 15 and under and must be accompanied by a paid adult. Please note that ballet performances are not suitable for most children under 5. Babes in arms will not be admitted.

A house doctor is present at all performances. Please contact an usher if this service is required.

For your enjoyment, and the enjoyment of the people around you, please remember theatre etiquette. Talking, coughing, humming and unwrapping cellophane-wrapped candies will disturb the performers as well as those audience members around you. Please remain in your seats until the programme has completely ended and the house lights are illuminated.

In consideration of patrons with allergies avoid wearing perfumed beauty products and fragrances.

Cameras, video cameras and sound-recording devices are not allowed in the theatre at any time, and MUST be checked at the coat room before entering the theatre. Anyone using a camera or any recording device in the theatre may be asked to leave.

Cellular phones, alarm watches and beepers are to be silenced or turned off. Patrons can arrange with the house manager to be contacted for emergencies during a performance.
